BforB members can get access to an incredible amount of expertise. The vast pool of contacts through your fellow members will not only introduce you but also recommend you to their network which is priceless. We believe that recommendations are 85% more reliable than cold calling.

We can help you sustainably grow your business with over 15 years’ experience in delivering successful referral marketing campaigns in the UK.

As a member of BforB, you will have access to an exclusive referral marketing group that are actively on the lookout for new business, contacts and expertise to help you and your business grow. This includes:

icon6 Access to meetings:

It is like meeting your business representatives and marketing or sales team. The meetings are used as your opportunity to brief your group to new success stories, achievements and opportunities you are working with or plan to work with.

icon7 Social events:

Social events are also organised to bring members together and enhance alliances between members regionally and nationally. This also includes an annual awards dinner which celebrates best practice across the network.

icon8 Market sector exclusivity:

Within each group you will be the only member, or guest, specialising in your business sector. Therefore, you will be the only lawyer, plasterer, web designer, or dog walker in your group.

icon9 Member Development Programmes:

We want to help you become a successful referral marketer, and have therefore created a host of member development programmes including the proprietary BforB Referral Academy. This new online learning platform is focussed on increasing knowledge, skills and habitual behaviours to support members in getting more out of their experience with BforB.

icon10 Referral tracking:

The leadership executive team will help keep track of the referrals being passed to understand where additional support may be required.

icon11 BforB profile:

Members get a complimentary member profile on our web site. This will give you an opportunity to introduce yourself to the wider community that our website attracts. An additional avenue of winning potential referrals and introductions through BforB.

What makes BforB different?

We are the UK’s hardest working business network. We believe in creating the best possible environment to develop strong, long lasting cooperative business relationships that result in quality new business leads and referrals.

Our culture

BforB meetings are friendly and welcoming, yet focussed on the passing of quality referrals. Our members believe in developing strategic alliances and therefore want to pass quality leads between the group, rather than be forced to pass poor quality introductions.

Our innovation

We are constantly assessing how we can add value to our members’ experience of referral marketing. From the first BforB meeting, to the Referral Academy launched in 2016 and new projects planned, the network has always looked to push the boundaries of referral marketing.

Breakfast meetings:

Perfect for busy entrepreneurs who want to keep their office hours more productive. The meetings take place early in the morning so they don’t interfere with your daily office or working hours.

Mid-morning meetings:

Perfect for business owners who want to network within their business hours and are unable to make other times of the day. Really popular with working parents that would have to work around other duties.

Lunch meetings:

Great for companies who have a team of organised sales people who can take time out at lunch. These meetings are well attended and limit downtime as they are held over lunch breaks.

Evening meetings:

Popular with city centre business owners making the most of the rush hour traffic. Evening meetings compliment highly social business owners using time after the meeting space for a drink with fellow members or clients to build strike strategic alliances.

Ladies only meetings:

Usually held mid-morning on the group’s request, these groups are focussed on those female business owners who are more comfortable in an all-female networking environment.

 Specialist groups:

Catering for specific business sectors, BforB have set up groups focussing on specific sectors including Property and Construction that work with businesses relating to the specialist group. Really popular with those looking or a very market focussed networking experience.
