We are delighted to announce that networking specialist and businessman Paul Ulett is heading up and launching a new region of BforB networking groups this month.

These new meetings are launching in the North Yorkshire and Leeds areas. Paul has spent over 16 years in structured and informal networking environment. He has set up and managed many networking groups over this period and really understands the value of quality networking, and what works well to get the best results.

Paul will host tailored training events for members, each session will help people get a better understanding of how to get the most out of their networking activities. Paul is passionate about networking and has a very refreshing view of a networking model that works!

Paul believes that a lot of people are not doing networking right. He wants to educate us to the fact that it’s not a case of “just simply turning up at events and handing out business cards, and looking for new clients at that event” ……which many people actually believe to be “networking”!

His aim is to create a training environment that focuses on “how to network better,” more effectively and not simply just “growing your network”. He wants to inspire us to be more effective in networking by looking outward to help others.

As Paul says “It’s very much about meeting people, inspiring them and creating the ‘memory trigger’ when they meet you” ….in other words how will they remember you and know how to refer you at a later stage?

Paul has two main beliefs and hopes to focus our networking education in:

  1. Building trust – How to get to really know people?
  2. Creating the memory trigger – How will they remember you?

These new groups are part of a larger network the BforB international organisation which supports thousands of business owners across the UK and beyond.

We are internationally recognised for creating an innovative networking environment where you can build quality relationships within influential business leaders.

We are here to help you get new business from quality business introductions and referrals made through our meetings. Referral marketing is proven to be one of the most cost effective and sustainable ways to generate new business leads.

Paul reports “Since starting the first York meeting last month, after just 3 meetings, BforB has already proved its value and has helped to pass quality referrals to members, creating £53,000 of business already”

Paul believes that there is potential for 60 groups in North Yorkshire & Leeds region and is really looking forward to connecting with all the entrepreneurs and business owners in the area.

The aim is to have approx. 25 members per group, growing their network and generating quality referrals for all members. Paul’s mission is simple “to create a network of business leaders generating approx. £1,000,000 worth of business referrals per group, per annum”.

As one of the hardest and smartest working Business Networking Groups in the UK, we are always delighted to welcome members and new guests to meetings.
