On the 29th April 2001 Business for Breakfast was born. The first evermarketing group was held at The Marriott Hotel Worsley Park, and the rest they say is history! 15 years seems like a long time, but thinking about it like this and reminiscing, it feels like only yesterday.
BforB was founded in the same year as the original iPod and Wikipedia. It was founded three years before Facebook and the social media revolution. BforB soon grew a reputation as the most innovative referral marketing company in the UK. Quickly adding ladies only groups, specialist industry groups, and meetings throughout the day to cater for a variety of business and entrepreneurs needs.
Our BforB Regional Directors, group moderators, co-ordinators, group hosts and our members across the UK are this week celebrating as Business for Breakfast, the UK’s first home grown referral marketing franchise, reaches a landmark fifteenth anniversary since its first, ground-breaking, networking meeting.
So what else is the date 29th April famous for!
